HOW TO TASTE WINE
We will try to break the mystique of wine and conduct an in depth tutored tasting explaining the intricacies of wine tasting, identifying grape varieties, assessing quality, what to look for when a wine waiter pours a sample for you to taste, and have the confidence to refuse it if it is out of condition.
